Your confidence matters to us.
Try your PowerJet Pro in real everyday use — not just out of the box.

 

If it doesn’t meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of delivery.



How the Trial Works

Use your PowerJet Pro during the first 30 days to evaluate performance.
If you decide it’s not the right fit, contact us and we’ll guide you through the return.


To qualify for a refund, the item must be returned:
   — with all main components
   — not intentionally damaged or modified
   — not replaced with different parts
   — matching the originally shipped product

 

The product must be returned in reasonable condition consistent with normal evaluation use. Excessive wear, misuse, or missing parts void refund eligibility.

 

The product may be tested during the trial period but not used for prolonged commercial or heavy-duty use.

 

Items that do not meet these conditions are not eligible for a refund.



 

Starting a Return

Email support@briarstorm.com within 30 days of delivery and we’ll provide the return instructions and correct return address.

 

Once approved, we will issue return authorization instructions and the correct return address.


Please use a trackable shipping service so we can locate the return if needed.


No RMA label is provided. We do not offer prepaid return labels. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

If a package is refused, marked "Return to Sender," or otherwise undeliverable for reasons not caused by us or carrier, the customer is responsible for return shipping and handling. These amounts will be deducted  from any eligible refund.

 

Original shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has shipped.

 

Please Include in Your Return

To help us correctly identify and process your return, include:

    — Order number
    — Name or email used at checkout
    — All main components of the product
    — A note stating the reason for return


Processing Time: 7-14 business days once we receive your return.  For returns over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your receipt or purchasing shipping insurance.

 

Including your order information helps us process the return without delays.

 


Refunds

Returns are processed within 7–14 business days after we receive the item. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method only within 3–5 business days; refunds cannot be issued to alternative accounts or platforms.


If you haven’t received your refund after 5 business days from approval, please check your Junk/Spam folder, then contact support@briarstorm.com



Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 10 days of delivery and include a photo or short video.

 

After this period, the shipment is considered received correctly. Your purchase remains protected by our 30-day trial from the delivery date and our 2-year replacement warranty.

 

Confirmed defective units will be repaired or replaced under our warranty. Refunds apply only within the 30-day trial period.

 

Exchanges 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.


If you would like a different item, please place a new order and request a return for the original item following our return process.


This ensures the fastest service and proper inventory availability.


Late Or Missing Refunds

If it's been more than 5 business days since your refund was approved and you haven’t seen it:


Check your Junk/Spam folder
Email support@briarstorm.com for confirmation


Missing Items

If your order is missing items, contact us within 10 days of delivery and include:

    — Photo of packaging
    — Photo of all items received
    — Order number


Please report missing items within 10 days of delivery so we can investigate with the carrier. If we don’t receive the above verification within 10 days, the delivery will be considered confirmed.

 

Once marked delivered by the carrier, the shipment is considered fulfilled. We will assist you in filing a carrier investigation when delivery confirmation is provided.



Order Changes & Cancellation

Orders may be changed or canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
After processing or shipment begins, orders cannot be canceled.
