Thank you for shopping with BriarStorm. Your PowerJet Pro is packed and shipped with care. Here's what to expect from the moment you order to the day it arrives at your door.
1. Shipping Method
Standard Delivery (FREE) — USA Only. BriarStorm ships within the United States only.
2. Delivery Time
Most customers receive their order within 8 business days after shipment. Delivery may occasionally take up to 10+ business days depending on location and carrier conditions.
3. Tracking Updates
Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking link. Tracking numbers may take 24–48 hours to activate. Seeing "Label Created" is normal during this time.

4. Delivery & Support
If you encounter a delivery issue contact us at support@briarstorm.com with your tracking number and we will help resolve it promptly. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect contact us within 10 days of delivery.
5. Address Changes
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If a correction is needed email us within 24 hours at support@briarstorm.com. Orders ship to the address entered at checkout.
6. Promotional or Free Items
Promotional or free items included with your order are not eligible for refunds.
7. No Additional Fees
No additional import duties or tariffs will ever be charged on U.S. orders.
